Natural gas is metered separately for the unit and tenant pays full amount of the Enbridge bill for the unit.
Water and Electricity is shared for the building. Tenant pays a percentage of the Entegrus bill. Approximately $100 per month is typical but may differ depending on how the unit is used. For example, a tenant using only for storage will have a lower percentage than a tenant operating a car detailing service that is using more electricity and water.
Tenant pays 20% of the municipal property taxes. This is approximately $315 per month for tax year 2023 for this unit. This amount changes as the municipal tax rate changes.
Tenant is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the unit.
Tenant is responsible for a percentage of the cost of snow plowing.
Tenant is responsible to maintain appropriate insurance including general liability insurance.
